“The creative adult is the child who survived”Ursula K. Le Guin

Something special happens at the crossroads you face in life!

You are ready to maximize your growth potential in this unique transition period, but you’re questioning yourself & feeling a little unsure about your next steps.

If you were to tell a young highschool girl from the small town of Kea’au, Hawaii who grew up on free-reduced lunch that one day she would end up graduating from Harvard, learning another language, becoming a Fulbright Artist in Brazil, or speaking at New York Comic Con, then she might think you’re out of your mind.

So, how did she get here?

I come from a humble upbringing that was filled with transition. By the time I reached twelfth grade I attended nine different schools across seven cities in three states. The truth is, I was terrified of what felt like constant crossroads, for sound reasons. And I hated change. I want changes to be much easier for you than they were for me.

It produced chaos and conflicts – internally and externally – that I felt unequipped to navigate.

But, it was my passion for the Afro-Brazilian martial art of Capoeira and Poetry that catalyzed my journey to healing and transformation. I gradually noticed that resisting the transitions as they came made life more difficult than it needed to be.

And as I accelerated in my professional life I found myself accepting leadership roles that helped people, teams and organizations who were all experiencing some sort of transition. In my previous life I helped to create healthy living environments for students as they transitioned into college.

Once I started to embrace the shifts, my growth skyrocketed.

Now I’m taking what I’ve learned over a decade of teaching, learning and space-holding everywhere from the halls of the United Nations to the communities of Salvador Bahia, Brazil to increase your sense of peace, possibility, practice and play in life at work and at home.

Some things I know to be true:

Change is the only constant in life, and your ability to embrace it creates the bedrock for growth

The highest expression of yourself is on the other side of fear

Crossroads can produce inner-conflict, and how you in tune you are to what you really want determines whether or not you’ll be truly satisfied

Unlocking your inner artist is a learnable skill that can help enhance every area of your life

Unleashing your creative genius improves the energy you bring to any space you enter

No matter where you are in your relationships, roles and responsibilities or overall rhythm in life, you can gain the tools you need to maximize your growth potential at every transition.

Your journey of healing begins now. Let me show you how to allow the crossroad you’re at to expand your confidence so you can get out of your own way and:

Ground yourself in your truth wherever you go

Resolve conflict at work and at home with more ease

Increase your peace of mind and step fully into the power of your creative vision

Unleash your inner artist & begin to heal your inner child

Expand your creativity, courage, currency to welcome more joy and pleasure

Exercise your authenticity in every boardroom, classroom or workplace you enter

Trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
7 Reasons why folks get stuck

There are many factors that can make people feel stuck in life, and the specific reasons can vary greatly depending on the individual and their unique circumstances. Here are some common factors that can contribute to feeling stuck:

Fear of failure

Many people avoid taking risks or pursuing their goals because they are afraid of failing. This fear can lead to inaction, and a sense of being stuck.

Lack of clarity

Without a clear sense of direction or purpose, it can be difficult to make progress or feel motivated to take action.

Limited beliefs

Negative or limiting beliefs about oneself, such as "I'm not good enough" or "I don't deserve success," can prevent people from pursuing their goals or taking risks.

External factors

External circumstances, such as financial difficulties, family responsibilities, or a lack of resources, can make it difficult for people to make progress towards their goals.

Procrastination can lead to a sense of being stuck, as people put off taking action and feel overwhelmed by their responsibilities.

Lack of support

Without a supportive network of friends, family, or colleagues, it can be difficult to stay motivated and make progress towards one's goals.

Past trauma

Past traumas or negative experiences can create emotional blocks and prevent people from moving forward in life.

Overall, feeling stuck is a common experience, and it’s important to remember that it’s possible to overcome these obstacles and make progress towards your goals with the right mindset, support, and resources.

Azmera is someone who walks in her purpose. Her actions align with her beliefs and she shows up for the things she believes in. She is insightful, genuine, confident, and all of this shines within her so brightly that you can't help but pick up some of it for yourself. If you are looking for someone to hold you accountable, help you understand your own trauma and healing, and offer exceptional self help services, she is definitely the person to help you with that. I'm grateful to have met Azmera and will be using her services in the future indefinitely.

I wish that this could've been in person, but I'm so happy to have had an hour long call with Azmera. She was very warm and a great listener, who also gives quite sage advice (she also gives quite a few good book recommendations as well!). The gist is that you can have an ad hoc session or sign up for longer coaching for your personal / spiritual development. That journey will look different for everyone, but you schedule phone calls in advance and when it's time to meet, you'll go over the topics you want to talk about while AZMERA offers her input and coaching. Overall, I'd highly recommend utilizing this service whenever you feel as though you're at a crossroads in life, feel a bit lost and are looking for guidance, or just need someone who you can have a deep, meaningful conversation with. She is just getting started, so I would suggest trying to book an appointment before slots start getting filled up. Thank me later!

Azmera has known me since I was in high school and now I am already a college graduate. I say this because she has played a pivotal role in my growth which is why I go to her for life and spiritual advice. She is able to connect with all audiences and yet, provide you with deep and meaningful advice that can serve you on the long run. If there is one thing that comes to mind when I think of her services is servitude. Always willing to serve you and help in any area of your life. So if you are looking for a little inspiration or perhaps a fire to ignite your passion, I strongly recommend to seek Azmera's services.

I have been so blessed to work with Azmera, and I highly recommend her because when you work with her, she teaches you how to communicate with yourself differently. How to communicate with others, set healthy boundaries and actually live a more fruitful life when you are able to name your experience properly. If you are someone who struggles with communication with your family and friends, you get angry easily, you get offended easily, Azmera is definitely someone you want to work with because you are going to develop the language for your emotions so that you are no longer a slave to them. Thank you, Azmera so much for all that you’ve done.

No this is not therapy, though our services have been described as therapeutic. If you are struggling with acute issues that impede your ability to function at work or at home, we recommend you get connected with mental health services. We highly support therapists, who provide ongoing support, and believe that our community, especially the BIPOC community could benefit from those professional services.
